Applicability:
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the Bela Criola webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Deviations are binding only if agreed upon in writing.
Age Restriction:
We sell alcoholic products exclusively to customers aged 18 or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The delivery driver is entitled to request valid identification if there is any doubt.
Prices and Payment:
All listed prices include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change. Payments can be made securely via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered on the website.
Delivery:
We aim to deliver within 2–5 working days within the Netherlands. For deliveries to Cape Verde and other countries, longer delivery times apply. Bela Criola is not liable for delays beyond its control, such as delays caused by carriers or customs.
Shipping and Risk:
We carefully package our bottles. Should any damage occur during transport, please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos. The risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer once the delivery has been completed.
Liability:
Bela Criola is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the products or from information on the website that proves to be incorrect or incomplete.
