Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the wine is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return Procedure:
Register your return by emailing info@bela-criola.com with your order number. After confirmation, you must return the product within 14 days.
Exceptions:
- Opened or damaged bottles cannot be returned.
- Perishable goods and personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
- Products that were specially ordered or imported at the customer’s request.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery:
If the product is damaged or does not match your order, please send photos and an explanation to info@bela-criola.com within 48 hours. We will refund the purchase amount or send a replacement product.
Refund:
Once the return has been correctly received, you will be refunded the full purchase amount, including the initial shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the error was on our part.
